Bobby DeMario Gets Vulnerable on “Partly in Love”

BY SYDNEY CARPER

Florida native singer/songwriter Bobby DeMario has just released his third single of 2026 titled “Partly in Love.” A mid tempo confessional, it tells the story of a man pleading with his love interest to reciprocate his feelings. Self-inflicting emotional wounds by reminiscing over fond memories and small moments shared together, DeMario uses “Partly in Love” to capture the heartache and fatigue that surrounds unrequited love.

Following previous singles “Candle” and “Temporary Highs,” “Partly in Love” continues to bolster the themes of nostalgia and longing, yearning for moments you can never get back. What sets the new single apart however, is the cinematic feel to the instrumental. Paired with the desperation packed into the vocals, listeners can nearly visualize the scene being played out in front of them.

Writing and producing all of his own music, Bobby DeMario has been steadily releasing heartfelt bedroom pop since 2022. For fans of Benson Boone and Bryson Jarrett, Bobby DeMario will give you your indie fix and prove he is one to watch.
