Knox Announces New Album “My Midwest Best” and Accompanying Tour

Last week, Ohio singer/songwriter Knox announced his sophomore album My Midwest Best is to be released October 2nd via Atlantic Records. This announcement comes alongside the release of the album’s third single “After the After Party” and accompanying music video shot in Knox’s hometown of New Carlisle, Ohio. Knox describes the track as “the tone setter for what the album is going to be.”
To support the release of this single, Knox held a pop up performance in a fans backyard in Nashville, sharing with attendees a taste of the forthcoming album.
Speaking on My Midwest Best, Knox revealed:
“My Midwest Best is my proudest work to date. It’s the culmination of all the music I grew up listening to and all the music I learned how to make along the way. A representation of where I’m from and what it sounded like growing up in the middle of nowhere, Ohio.”
This week brought the news that Knox will be supporting the album this fall on the largest headlining tour he’s done yet: his first world tour entitled Knox’s Midwest Best: Live on Tour.
The tour begins October 9th in Boston, Massachusetts with the North American leg of tour ending in Nashville, Tennessee on November 7th before heading to the UK/Europe in February 2027 and Australia in March 2027. Support acts for this tour include Emi Grace, Modernlove, and Southcourt. See full tour dates below.
Presale for tour began Tuesday July 14th, with general on sale beginning Thursday July 16th at 10 am local times.
