ADÉLA ISN’T IN LA – SHE'S BUSY TAKING OVER POP
by sasha basant
Pop powerhouse ADÉLA has officially announced her debut studio album, PRIMA, releasing September 4th. ADÉLA steps into a new chapter with her new single "Ain't In LA” produced by Blake Slatkin & Dylan Brady accompanied by a music video filmed in her hometown of Bratislava, Slovakia.
ADÉLA channels the bright nostalgic energy of early 2000s pop for her upcoming album, drawing inspiration from the sounds she grew up listening to 2003. “Ain’t In LA” builds more anticipation for her new album and offers listeners a glimpse into her biggest release yet.
Born in Bratislava, Slovakia, ADÉLA first came into the spotlight in 2024 on Netflix's Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE. Since then she’s created her own path as a solo artist, establishing herself as one of pop's boldest new voices. Independently releasing her debut single “Homewrecked” in September of 2024 ADÉLA furthered her rise with her EP The Provocateur, featuring standout tracks including “MachineGirl” and fan favorite, “SexOnTheBeat”. Now signed with Capitol Records, ADÉLA launches her new era with her latest two singles "KGB" and "Red Bottoms," which has set the stage for her debut album, PRIMA.
ADÉLA embraces the nostalgia of her pop era while creating a world entirely her own with PRIMA. As ADÉLA builds towards the release of PRIMA, she will be bringing her new era to fans live with a performance at Chicago's Lollapalooza before hitting the road on her sold-out North American headline tour, The Red Bottoms Tour, this September.
